• Fabrication: Punching To Customer Specifications, Exact Cut Lengths, and Notching.

• Temper: T4, T5, T52, T6. To Customer Specifications. Also, ability to temper metal to specific Webster readings.

• Tooling: Extrusion dies are produced by the best tool and die makers in the country. We feel this provides an extra edge; it's their only business. Normal lead time on dies are one (1) week for solids and ten (10) days on hollows. In extreme cases we can have tooling in house on solids in three (3) days and hollows in seven (7) days.

• Presses: We are a two (2) press operation allowing us to schedule production to meet shipping schedules.

• Delivery: Mill Finish - One Week, Paint - Two Weeks, Anodized - Two Weeks. Material is delivered on our trucks, so we may provide an expedited delivery.
